To add the License key to the workspace, the workspace Administrator should do the following:
hover the mouse over the workspace name in the channel tree until a button with three vertical dots appears;
click the three dot button to open the workspace context menu;
select the "Add license key" option;
enter the license key in the "Add license key" window;
click the "Apply" button.
After applying the license key, the workspace Administartor(s) will see the information about the tariff, license expiration date and the number of unique users that can be invited to the workspace(s) in the lower right corner of the Leverice client.

The limit of the paid unique users is over?
The information banner with a "/" indicates the number of the unique users that can be invited to the workspace(s) and the total number of the paid unique users.
For example, "28/30" means that 28 unique users can be invited to the workspace(s) out of the 30 included in the license.
So, if you see "0/30" in the information banner in the line "Number of unique users" - it means that the limit of the paid unique users is over. Therefore, new users will no longer be able to join the workspace.
To invite new unique users to the project(s) the workspace Administrator can:
check and update the list of users in the workspace(s). So, for example, if a person is no longer an employee of the company, the workspace Administartor can deactivate that user in all workspaces, and after that to invite a new member of the team instead.

How to learn about the license expiration?
The information banner will change its color to red, to inform the workspace Administartor about the license expiration.
For example, if it's a license for 6 months or more, the banner will become 30 days before the license expires. In the case of the license for a month, the red information banner will appear 7 days before the license expires.
