Sometimes sound notifcations from channels can distract and you might want to mute a folder or a channel. To mute a channel and its entire branch, follow the steps:
Hover your cursor over the channel name in the channel tree on the left;
Click the 3-dot button that appears to the right of the channel name;
Select Mute.
The channel and its subchannels are muted!
To unmute a channel and its entire branch, follow these steps:
Option 1
Click on the Mute icon to the right of the channel name.
Option 2
Hover your cursor over the channel name in the channel tree on the left;
Click the 3-dot button that appears to the right of the channel name;
Select Unmute.
The channel and its subchannels are unmuted!
